Reports:
Copies of incident or crash reports can be obtained in person at the Sheriff’s Office located at
1500 A Idalia Road (link address to map) Bernalillo, NM 87004.  Written request can be mailed to PO Box 5219, Bernalillo, NM 87004.

Report Fees:            $1 per page
Photos:                      Digital format CD/DVD $50.00

Service Fees for Civil Process:
The Sandoval County Sheriff’s Office will serve Summonses, Subpoenas, and Writs issued from Magistrate and District Courts. The Sheriff’s Office will only serve these documents within the boundaries of Sandoval County.  
Addresses for civil process within Indian Pueblos must be taken to the Bureau of Indian Affairs Police Department for service (505-346-2868). 
Addresses for civil process within the Navajo Nation must be taken to the Crown Point Police Department (575-768-2050).
Addresses for civil process within the Jicarilla Apache Reservation must be taken to the Jicarilla Apache Police Department (575-759-3222).
Addresses in other counties will have to be taken to those counties for service.

The Sheriff’s Office accepts the following payment methods:

Cash- Exact amount only.

Personal or Business Checks payable to: Sandoval County Sheriff’s Office

Money Orders or Cashier Checks payable to: Sandoval County Sheriff’s Office

*All service fees are non-refundable if an attempt of service is made.
Personal or business checks returned will have a $30 service fee.  Persons issuing an Insufficient Funds Check may be prosecuted criminally for issuing a fraudulent check.
